Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy – Ascend BioHealth

At Ascend BioHealth, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain the integrity of our offerings, we have established the following refund, return, and exchange policies:

Refunds

  • Refunds are available for unopened products within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Concerns

If you receive an order with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us at care@ascendbio.health within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis and provide a suitable solution.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be honored only if the order has not yet shipped.
  • To cancel your order, email care@ascendbio.health as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Important Notes

  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available for any opened products or requests made after 7 days from delivery.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund or exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
